Energy Storage Projects Built for Real-World Power Challenges

Explore how AINEGY battery storage, hybrid microgrid, EV charging and backup energy systems are configured around actual grid limits, load profiles, solar resources, generator conditions and operating requirements.

Each public project identifies the application, system configuration, engineering objective and available project evidence. Design targets, commissioning results and measured operating data are treated as different result types.

How AINEGY Documents Project Results

A project objective is not the same as a tested result. Each case-study detail page should identify the evidence category attached to every important performance statement.

01

Design Target

The engineering requirement defined during project design, such as an import limit, backup duration or operating mode.

02

Modeled Result

A calculated result based on stated load, resource, tariff or outage inputs and clearly identified assumptions.

03

Commissioning Result

A result recorded during factory acceptance, site acceptance or project functional testing under stated test conditions.

04

Measured Operating Result

A result recorded during a defined operating period using site meters, EMS data or another identified data source.

Project-specific results apply only to the stated site, configuration, load profile, resource conditions, measurement period and data method. They are not performance guarantees for other projects.

From Site Requirement to Verified Operation

The case-study framework follows the project workflow so customers can see how product equipment becomes an integrated operating system.

01

Site Data Review

Review grid, load, solar, generator, charging, backup and installation information.

02

Load and Resource Analysis

Identify power, energy, operating windows, resource limits and critical constraints.

03

Architecture and Sizing

Select system topology, power rating, battery energy and operating reserve.

04

Factory Integration and FAT

Integrate equipment, control logic, communication and applicable factory tests.

05

Site Commissioning

Verify installation, protection, metering, operating modes and system response.

06

Performance Review

Classify project results using the available test records or operating data.

Project Data, Customer Privacy and Publication Status

Some customer names, exact locations, system capacities, grid limits and commercial data may be withheld by agreement. An anonymized project must remain a real delivered project; it cannot be replaced with a fictional customer or location.

Reference designs, simulation examples and product configurations are not presented as completed customer case studies. Until engineering data is published, the current six entries remain clearly labeled as project profiles.
