AINEGY Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
AINEGY (“AINEGY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors, customers, partners, suppliers, and other business contacts who use our website or communicate with us through our online forms.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we use it, how it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and the choices and rights available to you under applicable privacy laws.
- Who we are
AINEGY operates this website and provides energy storage products, solutions, project support, technical resources, event information, and business contact services.
For privacy-related questions or requests, you may contact us through the Contact page or by email at:
sales@ainegy.com
- Information we collect
We collect personal information primarily when you choose to contact us, request a quotation, request product information, submit a project inquiry, ask for technical support, request an event meeting, or contact us about partnership, distribution, OEM/ODM, or other business matters.
Depending on the form and the type of inquiry, the information may include your name; business email address; telephone or WhatsApp number; company or organization; country or region; inquiry type; message content; application or project information; project location; product or model information; required power or energy capacity; grid condition; quantity or expected delivery information; serial number, fault code, or other technical-support information; and optional files that you choose to upload, such as PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG files.
Our website may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request timestamps, security information, browser or device information, and network information. For inquiry rate limiting and abuse prevention, our Contact system stores a hashed representation derived from the submitting IP address rather than displaying the raw IP address in the inquiry record.
- How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotations; discuss products, projects, applications, or technical requirements; provide sales, project, technical-support, partnership, OEM/ODM, and event-meeting assistance; route inquiries to the appropriate AINEGY team; maintain business communication and project history; protect the website and forms against abuse, spam, fraud, or repeated automated submissions; manage optional attachments; send inquiry confirmations; comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations; and improve the operation and usability of our website and inquiry processes.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, the basis may include taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and protecting our services, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically requested.
- Contact and project inquiry forms
Our Contact page and homepage project-inquiry process are designed for business inquiries.
When you submit a Contact inquiry, the information is stored as a private inquiry record in our WordPress system and may also be sent by email to the AINEGY team responsible for the selected inquiry type. A confirmation email may be sent to the email address you provide.
If you begin a project inquiry on the homepage and continue to the Contact page, certain form information may temporarily be stored in your browser’s session storage so that the information can be carried to the Contact form. The website attempts to remove that temporary session-storage data after it has been transferred.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, government identification numbers, payment-card information, health information, export-controlled information, confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose, or other unnecessary sensitive data through a public website form.
- File attachments
You may optionally upload limited files with a Contact inquiry. The current Contact system accepts PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files, subject to file-count and file-size limits.
Uploaded inquiry attachments are stored separately from normal public media uploads. The system encrypts those attachments at rest using AES-256-GCM and restricts downloads to authorized WordPress users with the required inquiry-management permission and a valid protected download request.
Although we use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information, no internet transmission, email system, server, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
- Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
The public website may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies that are necessary or useful for website functionality, security, language or interface preferences, and administrative login functions.
The homepage-to-Contact inquiry handoff may use browser session storage as described above. Authorized WordPress users may receive login, security, or administrative preference cookies when signing in to the website administration area.
Third-party services embedded in or loaded by the website may use their own cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- Google Maps and other third-party website services
The Contact page may display an embedded Google Map. When the embedded map is loaded, your browser connects directly to Google and Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser or device information, referring page information, and interaction data. Google may also use cookies or similar technologies according to its own privacy terms.
The website may also load web resources such as fonts or other technical assets from third-party service providers. When your browser requests those resources, the provider may receive standard network and request information.
External links, including links to social networks, messaging services, mapping services, or other third-party websites, are governed by the privacy practices of those third parties once you leave the AINEGY website.
- Who may receive your information
Personal information submitted through the website may be accessible to authorized AINEGY personnel who need the information to handle the relevant inquiry, including sales, project, technical-support, partnership, OEM/ODM, event, administrative, or management personnel.
Information may also be processed by service providers that support our website, hosting, email delivery, security, backup, infrastructure, or other necessary business systems, subject to appropriate access controls and contractual or legal requirements where applicable.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, regulatory request, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, users, or the integrity of our services.
- International data transfers
AINEGY operates internationally and website inquiries may be handled by authorized personnel or service providers located in more than one country.
As a result, personal information may be transferred to, accessed from, or stored in a country different from the country in which you are located. Where applicable data-protection law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer, AINEGY will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism.
- How long we retain information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
The retention period may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry, whether a commercial relationship or project develops, technical-support or warranty needs, the need to maintain business records, security and fraud-prevention requirements, dispute-resolution needs, and applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required for those purposes, it should be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with AINEGY’s applicable retention procedures.
- Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, or data portability.
Where processing is based on consent, you may also have the right to withdraw consent, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with an appropriate data-protection or privacy authority.
To make a privacy request, contact us through the Contact page or email sales@ainegy.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
- Children’s privacy
The AINEGY website is intended for business and professional users and is not designed for children.
We do not intentionally request personal information from children through our business inquiry forms. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
- Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, forms, services, third-party integrations, legal obligations, or data-handling practices change.
When we make material updates, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
