What Is This LV BESS Cabinet?
This product is a low-voltage solar battery energy storage cabinet for smaller energy storage projects. It integrates a 32kWh LiFePO4 battery system, PV charging, AC input/output, communication and cabinet-level protection into one compact platform. It is not a utility-scale BESS and not an outdoor IP65 cabinet; it is positioned for homes, small businesses, farms, remote sites and protected indoor installations.
Flexible Energy Sources for Small-scale Storage
This low-voltage BESS cabinet can be used in solar-first systems, grid-supported backup systems or generator-supported remote power systems, depending on the site design.
Solar Self-consumption
Store daytime solar energy and use it later when PV output is low, during evening load periods or when backup energy is required.
Backup and Time-shift Support
In grid-connected sites, AC charging can be used for backup reserve or tariff-based charging, subject to local rules and system design.
Remote Power Support

PV Design Checks
- PV open-circuit voltage must stay below 500Vdc.
- PV operating voltage should match the 90–450Vdc MPPT range.
- PV current should stay within 22A per channel.
- Use 3 MPPT channels for different PV strings or roof orientations where suitable.
Load Checks
- Check total power against the 15kW output rating.
- Confirm motor, pump, compressor and air-conditioner startup current.
- For three-phase systems, confirm phase balance.
- Separate critical loads from non-essential loads.
Installation Checks
- IP20 cabinet should be installed indoors or in a protected room.
- Reserve ventilation and service clearance for fan cooling.
- Confirm floor load for 440–450kg cabinet weight.
- Low voltage does not mean low current; cable and breaker sizing must be checked.

System Design: PV, Grid or Generator Charging
The LV BESS Cabinet can be used as the central low-voltage storage unit in small solar storage systems. PV power charges the battery through 3 MPPT channels. AC input can be configured for grid charging or generator charging according to the site power architecture. Stored energy is then supplied through single-phase or three-phase AC output to selected loads.
IP20 Indoor Cabinet and Low-voltage Installation Notes
This product uses an IP20 cabinet and 51.2V low-voltage battery platform. It should be installed in a protected environment, with correct cable sizing, ventilation and maintenance planning.
Indoor or Protected Area
IP20 is not an outdoor cabinet rating. Use indoor rooms, equipment rooms, protected sheds or suitable enclosures when environmental exposure is possible.
Fan Battery Cooling
Reserve air circulation and maintenance space around the cabinet so fan cooling and PCS intelligent cooling can work properly.
Low Voltage, High Current
A 51.2V battery platform requires careful DC current, cable, fuse, breaker and terminal design. Low voltage should not be treated as low-risk wiring.

Typical Applications
This product is positioned for smaller energy storage projects where 15kW power and 32kWh capacity are enough to support selected loads, PV self-consumption or generator-supported backup.
